I have been stitching most of my life and, as most who love to use a needle and thread, I have dabbled in many crafts including all forms of embroidery, but Beading is the passion that dominates my life.

In my professional life I have spent many years teaching City & Guilds courses in Embroidery, Machine Embroidery and Beadwork, managing Arts & Craft courses and tutors for East Dorset, travelling the country attending craft shows for the Beadworkers Guild and working as Editor for the Beadworkers Guild's Journal magazine for ten years (2011 to 2021).

Spare time is always at a premium, but I do try to find time to create my own beading designs when I can, and teach workshops.
